The cost of outsourcing your payroll will vary according to whether it is permanent or non-permanent workers, the number or workers, the industry, and the location they work in.

Payroller charges a competitive % of the worker’s payrate inclusive of super for Contractor Payroll and Contractor Management services, and typically a flat $ fee for Permanent Payroll services.

It is important to note that a large proportion of the cost stack will be made up of Statutory costs such as: compulsory Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Insurances (Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity).  The actual management fee is very lean and more cost effective than doing payroll in-house, both from a hard and soft cost perspective (e.g. the cost of getting it wrong).
